Data We Collect

Account dataEmail address, display name, and profile picture (when signing in with Google).

Usage dataText prompts you submit, generation parameters (model, size, quality), and in-app actions.

Generated contentImages and videos produced by our AI models, stored in Cloudflare R2.

Technical dataIP address, browser type, device info, and error logs for service reliability.

Payment dataTransaction records and subscription status. Card details are handled entirely by our payment processors — we never see or store them.

How We Use Your Data

Service deliveryProcessing your prompts, returning generated content, and managing your credit balance.

Account managementAuthentication, session management, and account security.

CommunicationsTransactional emails (magic links, credit receipts). No marketing emails without explicit consent.

ImprovementsAggregated, anonymised analytics to improve model quality and the user experience.

Legal complianceFraud prevention, abuse detection, and compliance with applicable laws.

Asset Retention Policy

Generated images and videos are stored on a plan-dependent schedule:

Free24 hoursAssets are automatically deleted 24 h after generation.

Member (any paid plan)30 daysAssets are retained for 30 days and can be downloaded at any time.

You can delete any asset manually at any time from your Assets page. Deleting an asset is permanent and cannot be undone. Upgrading your plan does not retroactively extend the retention of assets created while on the Free plan.

Third-Party Services

CloudflareInfrastructure, CDN, and R2 object storage for generated assets.

Google OAuthOptional sign-in. If you use Google login, Google shares your name, email, and profile picture with us per their OAuth flow.

ResendTransactional email delivery (magic links, notifications).

AI model providersYour prompts are forwarded to third-party model APIs to generate content. Providers are bound by data-processing agreements.

Creem / PayPalPayment processing. We share only the minimum data required to complete a transaction.

Cookies & Local Storage

We use only essential cookies to maintain your login session and store UI preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. You can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings; this will sign you out.

Your Rights

AccessRequest a copy of all personal data we hold about you.

CorrectionAsk us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

DeletionRequest deletion of your account and all associated data. We will process requests within 30 days.

PortabilityRequest your data in a machine-readable format.

ObjectionObject to processing based on legitimate interests.

Security

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Authentication uses short-lived magic links and industry-standard OAuth — we never store passwords. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised personnel only.

Children's Privacy

SaySee AI is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
